4. Geographical representation. For established (i.e., budgeted) posts, and in the case of appointments of at least 12 months' duration, the selection of staff in the Professional category shall be guided in principle by a system of desirable ranges based on that of the United Nations.
4 - التوزيع الجغرافي - في ما يتعلق بالوظائف الثابتة (أي الممولة من الميزانية)، وفي حال إجراء تعيينات لمدة لا تقل عن 12 شهرا، يسترشد مبدئيا في اختيار الموظفين في الفئة بنظام النطاقات المستصوبة المستند إلى النظام المطبق في الأمم المتحدة().

3. Takes note of the recommendation of the Commission for governing bodies of the United Nations common system organizations to harmonize their termination indemnity schedule with that of the United Nations, and requests the Commission to review the application of the termination indemnity and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session;
3 - تحيط علما بتوصية اللجنة المقدمة إلى هيئات إدارة المنظمات المشاركة في النظام الموحد للأمم المتحدة بمواءمة جداول تعويض إنهاء الخدمة السارية فيها مع الجدول المطبق في الأمم المتحدة وتطلب إلى اللجنة أن تستعرض تطبيق تعويض إنهاء الخدمة وأن تقدم تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة عن ذلك في دورتها الخامسة والستين؛

4. The Registrar of the International Tribunal may consult with the Secretary-General of the United Nations with a view to achieving consistency in the presentation of the budget of the International Tribunal with that of the United Nations.
٤ - يجوز لمسجﱢل المحكمة الدولية أن يتشاور مع اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة بغية تحقيق الاتساق في طرق عرض ميزانية المحكمة الدولية مع ميزانية اﻷمم المتحدة.
