تنفيذ الاتفاقية - إضافة - استعراض المعلومات المتاحة بشأن تمويل تنفيذ الاتفاقية من جانب الوكالات والمؤسسات المتعددة الأطراف، بما في ذلك المعلومات المتعلقة بأنشطة مرفق البيئة العالمية بشأن التصحر والتي تتصل بمجالات تركيزه الأربعة على نحو ما حددته الفقرة 2 (ب) من المادة 20 من الاتفاقية ICCD/COP (5) /3/Add.3

40. In its decision 9/COP.1, the COP decided to include, as a standing item on its agenda, a review of available information on the financing of the Convention by multilateral agencies and institutions, including information on the activities of the Global Environment Facility concerning desertification that relate to its four focal areas, as specified in article 20, paragraph 2(b) of the Convention.
٠٤- قرر مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في مقرره ٩/م أ-١، إدراج البند الدائم التالي في جدول أعماله: استعراض المعلومات المتاحة بشأن تمويل تنفيذ الاتفاقية من جانب الوكالات والمؤسسات المتعددة اﻷطراف، بما فيها المعلومات عن أنشطة مرفق البيئة العالمية المتعلقة بالتصحر والمتصلة بمجالات تركيزه اﻷربعة كما تحددها الفقرة الفرعية ٢)ب( من المادة ٠٢ من الاتفاقية.
