In paragraph 2 (a) of its resolution 1390 (2002), the Security Council decided that States shall freeze without delay the funds and other financial assets or economic resources of the individuals whose names appear on the list, as well as the funds and other financial assets or economic resources of:

71. In paragraph 2 (b) of resolution 1390 (2002), the Security Council decided that States shall take measures to ``prevent the entry into or the transit through their territories " of individuals on the United Nations list.
71 - في الفقرة 2 (ب) من القرار 1390 (2002)، قرر مجلس الأمن أنه يجب على الدول أن تتخذ تدابير " لمنع دخول " الأفراد المدرجين بالقائمة " إلى أراضيها أو مرورهم العابر بها " .
