٥٧ - تحث الحكومات على الاستمرار بنشاط في التماس حلول شاملة لمعالجة مشاكل اﻷطفال الذين يعيشون أو يعملون في الشوارع، واتخاذ التدابير لضمان إعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع، والقيام بجملة أمور من بينها توفير التغذية والمأوى والرعاية الصحية والتعليم على نحو كاف، مع مراعاة أن هؤلاء الأطفال عرضة للتأثر بوجه خاص لجميع أشكال إساءة المعاملة والاستغلال واﻹهمال؛

It also recommended that Palau establish mechanisms to ensure that such children are provided with nutrition, clothing, housing, health and rehabilitation services, education, and vocational and life-skills training.
وأوصت اللجنة بالاو أيضاً بوضع آليات تكفل حصول هؤلاء الأطفال على التغذية والملابس والسكن والصحة وخدمات التأهيل والتعليم والتدريب المهني والتدريب على المهارات الحياتية(51).
