وإذ يشير كذلك أنه في الفقرة 6 (ب) من المادة 18 تنص الاتفاقية على أن يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف باتخاذ قرار بشأن اختصاصات لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية وتنظيمها وتشغيلها،
