وتعتبر حكومة مملكة إسبانيا أنّ إعلان حكومة جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، الذي يجعل تطبيق أحكام العهد خاضعا لأحكام دستور جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، يشكل تحفظا من شأنه الحد من الآثار القانونية للعهد من حيث انطباقها على جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية.

(10) The Government of Sweden makes it clear that the nullity of the reservation is a consequence not of the objection made by the Government of Sweden, but of the fact that the declaration made by the German Democratic Republic does not satisfy the conditions for the permissibility of a reservation.
10) وأوضحت الحكومة السويدية بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك أن بطلان التحفظ لا ينبع من الاعتراض الذي قدمته، بل ينبع من عدم استيفاء الإعلان الذي قدمته جمهورية ألمانيا الديمقراطية للشروط اللازمة لصحة التحفظ.

(10) This objection makes it clear that the nullity of the reservation is a consequence not of the objection made by the Government of Sweden, but of the fact that the declaration made by the German Democratic Republic does not meet the requirements for the permissibility of a reservation.
10) ويوضح هذا الاعتراض بما لا يدع مجالا للشك أن بطلان التحفظ لا ينبع من الاعتراض الذي قدمته حكومة السويد، بل ينبع من عدم استيفاء الإعلان الذي قدمته جمهورية ألمانيا الديمقراطية للشروط اللازمة لصحة التحفظ.
