٣٩ - وختاما، قال إن وفده على ثقة من أن الخطة المتوسطة اﻷجل والبرامج التي ستعتمد ستعكس بصدق مبادئ الميثاق ورغبات غالبية الدول اﻷعضاء وتحفظ، بالتالي، مصداقية المنظمة.
