14. The Security Council, by its resolution 1031 (1995) of 15 December 1995, inter alia, authorized Member States acting in cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to establish a multinational Implementation Force (IFOR) and decided to terminate the mandate of UNPROFOR on the date on which the Secretary-General reported to the Council that the transfer of authority from UNPROFOR to IFOR had taken place.
١٤- وقد أذن مجلس اﻷمن، في جملة أمور، في قراره ١٠٣١ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ للدول اﻷعضاء التي تعمل بالتعاون مع منظمة حلف شمال اﻷطلسي على إنشاء قوة تنفيذ متعددة الجنسيات، كما قرر إنهاء ولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في الموعد الذي يقدم فيه اﻷمين العام إلى المجلس تقريرا يفيد بإتمام نقل السلطة من قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية إلى قوة التنفيذ المتعددة الجنسيات.

3. The mandate of UNPROFOR was terminated on 20 December 1995, the date on which the Secretary-General reported to the Council that the transfer of authority from UNPROFOR to the Implementation Force (IFOR) had taken place, in accordance with Security Council resolution 1031 (1995) of 15 December 1995.
٣ - وأنهيت ولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في ٠٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٥٩٩١، وهو اليوم الذي أبلغ فيه اﻷمين العام مجلس اﻷمن بأن نقل السلطة من قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية إلى قوة التنفيذ قد تم، وفقا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ١٣٠١ )٥٩٩١(، في ٥١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٥٩٩١.
