ونود تذكير الوفود بضرورة الحرص على ألا تتجاوز مداخلاتها في الجلسات العامة مدة 5 دقائق، ولا يحول ذلك دون توزيع الوفود نصوصا أطول لمداخلاتها.

ونذكر الوفود بضرورة التقيد بالحدود الزمنية البالغة خمس دقائق لفرادى الدول الأعضاء وسبع دقائق للوفود التي تتكلم بالنيابة عن مجموعة من الدول أثناء المناقشة العامة، علما بأن هذا لا يمنع من توزيع نصوص أكثر إسهاباً.
