128. All employers must insure their workers, employees or servants against the risk of death or temporary or permanent incapacity and undertake to pay them compensation, allowances or pensions at least equal to those established in the above-mentioned Act in the event of an accident.
128- ويطالَب أرباب العمل، أياً كانوا، بالتأمين على عمالهم، أو العاملين لديهم، أو خدمهم، ضد مخاطر الموت أو العجز المؤقت أو الدائم وأن يضمنوا لهم، في حالة الإصابة، دفع بدلات، أو مرتبات أو معاشات تناهز ما ينص عليه القانون السالف الذكر.

The new article 133a of the above-mentioned Act concerning such associations and foundations reads as follows:'Non-profit-making bodies which are engaged in an activity relating to worship, in a religious activity or in religious education shall be registered in accordance with the order set out in this chapter once the approval of the Council of Ministers has been obtained.'

٢١- نصت المادة ٢٣ الفقرة ٢ من القانون أعلاه على سلب الولاية على الصغير أو الحدث لمدة تقدرها المحكمة إذا حكم على الولي بجريمة الاعتداء على الصغير أو الحدث بالجرح أو الضرب المبرح أو اﻹيذاء المتعمد.
