By its resolution 49/252 of 14 September 1995, the General Assembly decided to include the above-mentioned item in its provisional agenda.
قررت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/٢٥٢ المؤرخ ١٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥، إدراج البند المذكور أعلاه في جدول أعمالها المؤقت.

By its decision 51/473 of 4 August 1997, the General Assembly decided to include the above-mentioned item in the draft agenda of the fifty-second session.
قررت الجمعية العامة في مقررها ٥١/٤٧٣ المؤرخ ٤ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٧ أن تدرج البند المذكور أعلاه في مشروع جدول أعمال الدورة الثانية والخمسين.

By its resolution 49/251 of 20 July 1995, the General Assembly decided to include the above-mentioned item in the provisional agenda of its fiftieth session.
قررت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/٢٥١ المؤرخ ٢٠ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ أن تدرج البند المذكور أعلاه في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت لدورتها الخمسين.

By a letter dated 12 June 1997 (A/52/141), the Permanent Representative of Mongolia requested the inclusion of the above-mentioned item as a sub-item in the provisional agenda of the fifty-second session.

At the 106th plenary meeting of its forty-ninth session, on 20 July 1995 (see A/49/PV.106), the General Assembly decided, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee, to defer to its fiftieth session consideration of the above-mentioned item.

By a letter dated 25 April 1995 (A/50/141 and Corr.1 and Add.1), Senegal requested the inclusion of the above-mentioned item in the provisional agenda of the fiftieth session.

By a note dated 11 April 1994 (A/49/141), the Secretary-General proposed the inclusion of the above-mentioned item in the provisional agenda of the forty-ninth session.

5. On 14 May 2004, the secretariat of the Sub-Commission received a letter from the Asian Legal Resource Centre, in furtherance to its letter of intent dated 29 March 2004, formally proposing the above-mentioned item for the provisional agenda of the Sub-Commission and transmitting a report to be placed before the members of the Sub-Commission.
5- وفي 14 أيار/مايو 2004، تلقت أمانة اللجنة الفرعية رسالة من المركز الآسيوي للموارد القانونية، إلحاقاً برسالة النية المؤرخة 29 آذار/مارس 2004، يقترح فيها المركز رسمياً إدراج البند المذكور أعلاه في جدول الأعمال المؤقت للجنة الفرعية ويحيل بها تقريراً لكي يُعرض على أعضاء اللجنة الفرعية.

By a letter dated 8 June 1995 (A/50/143), Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan requested the inclusion of the above-mentioned item in the provisional agenda of the fiftieth session.

By a letter dated 13 June 1996 (A/51/141), the representatives of Chile, Egypt, Germany, Guinea, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Republic of Tanzania and the United States of America requested the inclusion of the above-mentioned item in the provisional agenda.

At the 4th meeting of the Working Group, on 28 January 1998, the delegation of the Russian Federation introduced under the above-mentioned item a working paper entitled “Fundamentals of the legal basis for United Nations peacekeeping operations in the context of Chapter VI of the Charter of the United Nations” (A/AC.182/L.89/Add.2 and Corr.1), which read as follows:
