By regular violations of the ceasefire, provocations on the line of contact, threats of use of force and circulation of the above-mentioned letters at international organizations, Azerbaijan, in fact, continually destroys the confidence instead of engaging in confidence-building.

The Committee took action on some of those recommendations -- that is, in the form of the above-mentioned letters addressed to the Sudan.

3. Given below are summaries of the replies received by the Secretary-General from the international organizations concerned in response to the above-mentioned letters.
٣ - وترد أدناه موجزا للردود التي تلقاها اﻷمين العام من المنظمات الدولية المعنية على الرسائل المذكورة أعلاه.

The detainees referred to in the above-mentioned letters have all been active members of, or associated with, terrorist organizations such as Hizballah, an Iranian-backed group whose stated objectives include, among others, a struggle against the very existence of the State of Israel.

All the above-mentioned letters were circulated among the members of the Special Committee.
