The executive board shall establish and maintain a registry for Parties not included in Annex I to ensure the accurate accounting of the issuance of CERs [and the holding[, transfer] and acquisition of CERs by Parties not included in Annex I].
1- ينشئ المجلس التنفيذي ويبقي سجلا للأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول كي يكفل دقة المحاسبة لإصدار وحدات تخفيض الانبعاثات المعتمدة [وحيازة [، نقل] واحتياز الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول لوحدات تخفيض الانبعاثات المعتمدة].

In doing so, they are to ensure the accurate accounting of holdings, and transactions under the mechanisms of, assigned amount units (AAUs), removal units (RMUs), emission reduction units (ERUs), certified emission reductions (CERs), temporary certified emission reductions (tCERs) and long-term certified emission reductions (lCERs).

Each Party included in Annex I shall establish and maintain a national registry to ensure the accurate accounting of the issuance, holding, transfer, acquisition, cancellation and retirement of ERUs, CERs, AAUs and RMUs and the carry-over of ERUs, CERs and AAUs.

419. The position of the Strategic Deployment Stocks Officer has been continuously provided for since the 2007/08 period for the accurate accounting of transactions related to the strategic deployment stocks and the review of related accounting guidelines.
419 - ورُصد اعتماد لوظيفة موظف مخزونات النشر الاستراتيجية بصفة مستمرة منذ الفترة 2007/2008 لإجراء المحاسبة الدقيقة للمعاملات المتعلقة بمخزونات النشر الاستراتيجية واستعراض المبادئ التوجيهية المحاسبية ذات الصلة.

(b) One Strategic Deployment Stocks Officer position (P-4) for the accurate accounting of transactions related to strategic deployment stocks and the review and updating of related accounting guidelines (see A/65/761, para. 419);
