While welcoming the additional written answers provided by the State party on the issue of police powers of search and seizure, the Committee is also concerned about reports of children in alternative care being subject to an increasing number of searches of their person and their belongings.
ومع ترحيب اللجنة بالردود الخطية الإضافية التي قدمتها الدولة الطرف بشأن مسألة سلطات جهاز الشرطة في مجالي التفتيش والضبط، فإنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء ما يرد من تقارير عن خضوع أطفال في مرافق الرعاية البديلة لعدد متزايد من عمليات التفتيش لأشخاصهم وممتلكاتهم.

13. CMW welcomed the submission of the initial report as well as the replies to the list of issues and the additional written information provided by the delegation.
13- ورحبت اللجنة المعنية بحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم بتقديم التقرير الأولي وبإرسال الردود على قائمة المسائل، ورحبت كذلك بالمعلومات الخطية الإضافية التي قدمها الوفد(30).

Furthermore, according to the additional written information provided by the State party's delegation, 765 persons are detained in Sri Lanka under administrative detention orders as of 11 November 2011 but there is no central registry on detentions carried out under the PTA.
وإلى جانب هذا، وحسب المعلومات الخطية الإضافية التي قدمها وفد الدولة الطرف، هناك 765 شخصاً محتجزاً في سري لانكا بموجب أوامر للاحتجاز الإداري حتى 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011 لكن لا يوجد سجل مركزي فيما يخص حالات الاحتجاز التي جرت في إطار قانون منع الإرهاب.

(2) The Committee welcomes the submission of the initial report of the State party as well as the replies to the list of issues and the additional written information provided by the delegation, which enabled the Committee to gain a clearer idea on the implementation of the Convention in the State party.
