٢ - وانطلاقا من علم اللجنة الخاصة بوجود تلك القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك اﻷقاليم، فإنها تحث الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول اﻷخرى.
