Upon the death of a married member, his/her surviving spouse shall be entitled to a surviving spouse's pension amounting to one half of the pension which he/she would have received had he/she become entitled to a disability pension at the time of his/her death, provided that the surviving spouse's pension shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
