الطلب من الأمانة العامة دعوة الدول الأعضاء وصندوق النقد العربي وصناديق التمويل العربية المعنية إلى عقد اجتماع طارئ لبحث معالجة الديون السودانية تجاهها دعماً لمسيرة السـلام وحفـزاً لمجهـودات التنميــة وإعادة الإعمار في ربوع السودان كافة.

2. To invite the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and the Arab Monetary Fund to cooperate with the Secretariat in preparing a draft joint Arab economic and social action strategy and submitting it to the Economic and Social Council;
ثانيا: دعوة الصندوق العربي للإنماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وصندوق النقد العربي إلى التعاون مع الأمانة العامة لإعداد مشروع إستراتيجية العمل الاقتصادي والاجتماعي العربي المشترك، وعرضه على المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
