While the Committee notes the initiatives by the State party in the area of child labour and economic exploitation and in particular the recent study and follow—up activities undertaken in this regard, it remains concerned at the situation of “Vidomegons”, children employed in the agricultural sector, and children engaged as apprentices in the informal sector.
161- ومع أن اللجنة تحيط علماً بمبادرات الدولة الطرف في مجال تشغيل الأطفال والاستغلال الاقتصادي للأطفال، وخاصة الدراسة الأخيرة وأنشطة المتابعة المضطلع بها في هذا الصدد، فإنها لا تزال تشعر بالقلق إزاء حالة الفتيات الهاربات من أولياء أمورهن، والأطفال المستخدمين في القطاع الزراعي، والأطفال المستخدمين كمتمهنين في القطاع غير الرسمي.

The Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 1998/76 welcomed measures taken by Governments to eliminate the exploitation of child labour and the efforts of the Committee on the Rights of the Child in the area of child labour.
ورحبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في قرارها ١٩٩٨/٧٦ بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الحكومات للقضاء على عمل اﻷطفال وبجهود لجنة حقوق الطفل في مجال عمل اﻷطفال.

34. One of the ILO's main activities in the area of child labour has been the preparation of proposed new international labour standards on extreme forms of child labour.
٤٣- إحدى اﻷنشطة الرئيسية لمنظمة العمل الدولية في مجال عمل اﻷطفال إعداد مقترحات تتعلق بمعايير عمل دولية جديدة حول أشكال عمل اﻷطفال الشديدة للغاية.

More than 2,000 such inspectors cover all private sector enterprises. In the area of child labour, training was provided to 2,159 in 2003/2004 with 40 % of them undergoing retraining the following year. By 2005/2007 another 38.7 % had acquired new skills.
ولدى الوزارة أكثر من 2000 مفتش يقوم بتغطية التفتيش على كافة منشآت القطاع الخاص، وفى مجال تدريب مفتشي الوزارة في مجال عمل الطفل فقد تم تدريب عدد 2159 مفتش عام 2003/2004، وفى العام التالي 2004/2005، تم إعادة تدريب 40 في المائة منهم 864 مفتش وتزويدهم بمهارات جديدة ووصلت تلك النسبة إلى 38.7 في المائة عام 2005/2006.

In line with the Child Protection Strategy's commitment to working with the private sector as an agent of social change, technical advice was provided to corporate partners, including Telenor, IKEA and the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, to support change in sourcing, supply chain and investment patterns, particularly in the area of child labour.
129 - وتمشيا مع التزام استراتيجية حماية الطفل بالعمل مع القطاع الخاص كعامل من عوامل التغيير الاجتماعي، قُـدمت مشورة تقنية للشركات الشريكة، ومن بينها تلينور وأيكيا وصندوق الاستثمار النرويجي للبلدان النامية، لدعم التغيير في الاستعانة بالمصادر وسلسلة الإمدادات وأنماط الاستثمار، ولا سيما في مجال عمل الطفل.
