Having considered the report of the Secretary-General pursuant to resolution 1019 (1995) on violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most of 27 November 1995 (S/1995/988),
وقد نظر في تقرير اﻷمين العام المقدم عملا بالقرار ١٠١٩ )١٩٩٥( بشأن انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي في مناطق سربرينتسا وزيبا وبانيا لوكا وسانسكي موست والمؤرخ ٢٧ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ (S/1995/988)،

6. Affirms that the violations of humanitarian law and human rights in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most from July to October 1995 must be fully and properly investigated by the relevant United Nations and other international organizations and institutions;
٦ - يؤكد أن انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني وحقوق اﻹنسان المرتكبة في مناطق سربرينتسا وزيبا وبانيا لوكا وسانسكي موست في الفترة من تموز/يوليه الى تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٥ يجب أن يتم التحقيق فيها بصورة وافية وعلى نحو سليم من قبل منظمات ومؤسسات اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية اﻷخرى المعنية باﻷمر؛

11. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Council as soon as possible a written report based on all information available to the United Nations concerning recent violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most;
١١ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى المجلس، في أقرب وقت ممكن، تقريرا خطيا مستندا إلى جميع المعلومات المتوافرة لدى اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن الانتهاكات التي حدثت مؤخرا للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي في مناطق سربرينتسا وزيبا وبانيا لوكا وسانسكي موست؛

1. In paragraph 11 of its resolution 1019 (1995) of 9 November 1995, the Security Council requested the Secretary-General to report as soon as possible on recent violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most.
١ - طلب مجلس اﻷمن من اﻷمين العام، في الفقرة ١١ من قراره ١٠١٩ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ٩ تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر ١٩٩٥، أن يقدم إلى المجلس، في أقرب وقت ممكن، تقريرا بشأن الانتهاكات التي حدثت مؤخرا للقانون الانساني الدولي في مناطق سربرينتسا وجيبا وبانيا لوكا وسانسكي موست.

" The Security Council has considered, in the light of its resolution 1034 (1995) of 21 December 1995, the current situation with regard to the investigation of violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most as well as in the areas of Glamoc, Ozren and elsewhere throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
" نظر مجلس اﻷمن، في ضوء قراره ١٠٣٤ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥، في الحالة الراهنة المتعلقة بالتحقيق في انتهاكــات القانون اﻹنساني الدولــي المرتكبة في مناطق سربرينتسا وزيبـا وبانيالوكا وسانسكي موست فضلا عن منطقتي غلاموك وأوزرين وغيرهما من اﻷماكن في سائر أرجاء إقليم البوسنة والهرسك.

“The Security Council has considered, in the light of its resolution 1034 (1995) of 21 December 1995, the current situation with regard to the investigation of violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Žepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most as well as in the areas of Glamoc, Ozren and elsewhere throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
" نظر مجلس اﻷمـن، في ضـوء قـراره ١٠٣٤ )١٩٩٥( المـؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٥، في الحالة الراهنة المتعلقة بالتحقيق في انتهاكات القانون اﻹنساني الدولي المرتكبة في مناطق سربرينتسا وزيبا وبانيالوكا وسانسكي موست فضلا عـن منطقتي غلاموك وأوزريـن وغيرهما من اﻷماكن في سائر أرجاء إقليم البوسنة والهرسك.

The Security Council resumed its consideration of the item at its 3612th meeting, held on 21 December 1995 in accordance with the understanding reached in its prior consultations, having before it the report of the Secretary-General pursuant to Security Council resolution 1019 (1995) on violations of international humanitarian law in the areas of Srebrenica, Zepa, Banja Luka and Sanski Most (S/1995/988).
