States Parties shall assist one another to plan and implement research and training programmes designed to share expertise in the areas referred to in paragraph 1 of this article and, to this end, shall also, when appropriate, use regional and international conferences and seminars to promote cooperation and stimulate discussion on problems of mutual concern.
٢- تساعد الدول اﻷطراف بعضها بعضا في تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج البحث والتدريب الرامية إلى تقاسم الخبرة في المجالات المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة، ولهذه الغاية تستخدم، عند الاقتضاء، المؤتمرات والحلقات الدراسية اﻹقليمية والدولية لتعزيز التعاون وتنشيط النقاش حول المشكلات ذات اﻷهمية المتبادلة.

Proposals are being prepared for signing bilateral agreements with Belgium, Greece, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Slovenia and Estonia on cooperation in the areas referred to.
