3 - وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأمانة العامة راعت، عند إعداد جدول المؤتمرات المنقح لعام 2005، الترتيبات الواردة في القرار 58/250 بشأن يوم الجمعة العظيمة للطوائف الأرثوذكسية، والعطلتين الرسميتين لعيدي الفطر والأضحى.

3. Decides to review the arrangements referred to in paragraph 1 above at its future sessions if necessary.
3 - يقرر استعراض الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 عاليه في دوراته القادمة إذا دعت الضرورة إلى ذلك.

8. The Committee noted that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 5 and 6 of section A, of General Assembly resolution 52/214 of 22 December 1997.
٨ - ولاحظت اللجنة أن اﻷمانة العامة أخذت في الاعتبار الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٥ و ٦ من الجزء ألف من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/٢١٤ المؤرخ ٢٢ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٧.

17. The Committee noted with satisfaction that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in General Assembly resolution 60/236 concerning Orthodox Good Friday and the official holidays of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
17 - ولاحظت اللجنة بارتياح أن الأمانة العامة قد أخذت في الاعتبار الترتيبات المشار إليها في قرار الجمعية العامة 60/236 فيما يتعلق بيوم الجمعة العظيمة للطوائف الأرثوذكسية وعطلتي عيد الفطر وعيد الأضحى الرسميتين.

1. Confidential or protected information, as defined in paragraph 2 below and as identified pursuant to the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 below, shall not be made available to the public or to non-disputing Parties pursuant to articles 2 to 7.
1- لا يجوز وضع المعلومات السرية أو المحمية، على النحو المعرَّف في الفقرة 2 أدناه وعلى النحو المبيّن في الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 3 و4 أدناه، في متناول الجمهور أو الأطراف غير المتنازِعة عملاً بالمواد من 2 إلى 7.

5. It should be noted that, in drafting the revised calendar, the Secretariat has taken into account the arrangements referred to in section I, paragraph 4, of resolution 68/251 concerning Orthodox Good Friday and the official holidays of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
٥ - وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأمانة العامة راعت، لدى صياغة الجدول المنقح، الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 من الجزء الأول من القرار 68/251 فيما يتعلق بيوم الجمعة العظيمة للطائفة الأرثوذكسية وعطلتي عيد الفطر وعيد الأضحى الرسميتين.

1. Confidential or protected information, as defined in paragraph 2 and as identified pursuant to the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4, shall not be made available to the public pursuant to articles 2 to 6.
1- لا يجوز إتاحة المعلومات السرّية أو المحمية، وفقاً للتعريف الوارد في الفقرة 2 وعلى النحو المبيَّن في الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 3 و4، لعامة الناس عملاً بالمواد من 2 إلى 6.

The Committee noted that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraph 4 of General Assembly resolution 50/206 A. Accordingly, no sessions were scheduled to open or close on 10 February or 17 April 1997 and bodies would be invited not to hold meetings on those days.
٠٢ - ولاحظت اللجنة أن اﻷمانة العامة أخذت في الاعتبار الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٠٥/٦٠٢ ألف. وليس من المقرر بالتــالي أن تُفتتح أو تُغلق أي دورة في ٠١ شباط/فبراير أو ٧١ نيسان/أبريل ٧٩٩١، وسيطلب من الهيئات ألا تعقد أي اجتماعات في هذين اليومين.

8. The Committee noted that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 51/211 A. Accordingly, no sessions were scheduled to open or close on 29 January or 7 April 1998, and meetings would not be held on those days.
٨ - ولاحظت اللجنة أن اﻷمانة العامة أخذت في الاعتبار الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥١/٢١١ ألف. وبناء على ذلك، تقرر عدم افتتاح أو إغلاق أي دورة في ٢٩ كانون الثاني/يناير أو ٧ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨، ولن تعقد اجتماعات في هذين اليومين.

Furthermore, the Committee was assured by the Secretariat that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 49/221 A in the drafting of the provisional calendar of conferences and meetings for 1996 and 1997 in the economic, social and related fields.

11. The Committee noted with satisfaction that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraph 10 of General Assembly resolution 53/208 A with regard to the two holidays of Id al-Fitr and Id al-Adha when drafting the biennial calendar of conferences and meetings for 2000–2001.
١١ - لاحظت اللجنة بارتياح أن اﻷمانة العامة قد وضعت في اعتبارها الترتيبات المشار إليها في الفقرة ١٠ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٣/٢٠٨ ألف، فيما يتعلق بيومي اﻹجازة في عيد الفطر وعيد اﻷضحى، لدى إعداد مشروع جدول المؤتمرات والاجتماعات لفترة السنتين ٢٠٠٠-٢٠٠١.

3 - وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأمانة العامة راعت، عند إعداد جدول المؤتمرات المنقح لعام 2003، الترتيبات الواردة في القرار 56/242 بشأن يوم الجمعة العظيمة للطوائف الأرثوذكسية، والعطلتين الرسميتين لعيدي الفطر والأضحى.

The representative of Cuba reaffirmed her Government's support of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B and indicated that the acceptance of the inclusion of language in resolutions that limited their implementation to the availability of extrabudgetary resources did not prejudge the position of her Government in relation to the arrangements referred to in Assembly resolutions 41/213 and 42/211 which it fully supported.
وجدّدت ممثلة كوبا تأكيد دعم بلدها لقرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، وأشارت إلى أن قبول إدراج صيغة في القرارات تجعل تنفيذها مرهونا بتوافر موارد خارجة عن الميزانية مسألة لا ينطوي على أي حكم مسبق على موقف حكومة بلدها فيما يتعلق بالترتيبات المشار إليها في قراري الجمعية 41/213، المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986 و42/211، المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987، اللذين تؤيدهما كل التأييد.

11. The Committee noted that the Secretariat had taken into account the arrangements referred to in paragraph 5 of General Assembly resolution 49/221 A. Accordingly, no sessions were scheduled to open or close on 20 February or 29 April 1996 and bodies would be invited not to hold meetings on those days.
١١ - ولاحظت اللجنة أن اﻷمانة العامة وضعت في اعتبارها الترتيبات المشار اليها في الفقرة ٥ من قــرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/٢٢١ ألف. وعليه، فإنه من غير المقرر افتتـــاح أو إنهــاء أي دورات يومــي ٢٠ شباط/فبراير أو ٢٩ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦، وستدعى كافـة الهيئـات إلـى عدم عقد جلسات في هذين اليومين.
