As provided in the regulations, the data registered shall be the identification of the assignor and the assignee and a brief description of the assigned receivables.

Paragraph 1 also creates an obligation for the assignor to transfer to the assignee any independent right securing payment of the assigned receivables as well as the proceeds of such a right.
106- وتنشئ الفقرة 1 أيضا التزاما يقتضي بأن ينقل المحيل إلى المحال اليه أي حق مستقل يضمن سداد المستحقات المحالة وكذلك عائدات ذلك الحق.
