5. Subject to the basic concepts of its legal system or any international agreements, each State Party shall guarantee the confidentiality of and comply with any restrictions on the use of information that it receives from another State Party pursuant to this article, including proprietary information pertaining to commercial transactions, if requested to do so by the State Party providing the information.
5- يتعين على كل دولة طرف، رهنا بالمفاهيم الأساسية لنظامها القانوني أو بأي اتفاقات دولية أخرى، أن تكفل سرية أي معلومات تتلقاها من دولة طرف أخرى عملا بهذه المادة، بما في ذلك المعلومات المشمولة بحق ملكية والمتعلقة بالمعاملات التجارية، وأن تمتثل للتقييدات المفروضة على استخدام تلك المعلومات، اذا طلبت منها ذلك الدولة الطرف التي قدمت المعلومات.

(b) Subject to the basic concepts of its legal system: (i) the acquisition, possession or use of property in the knowledge, at the time of receipt, that such property is the proceeds of crime; (ii) participation in, association with or conspiracy to commit, attempts to commit and aiding, abetting, facilitating and counselling the commission of any of the offences established in accordance with this article.
