The Secretary-General and the Advisory Committee shall report to the General Assembly on any exercise of the commitment authority given under regulation 4.6, together with the circumstances relating thereto, in the context of the next report submitted to the Assembly on the financing of the relevant peacekeeping operation.
البند 4-9: يقوم الأمين العام واللجنة الاستشارية، في سياق التقرير التالي المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة عن تمويل عملية حفظ السلام التي يتعلق بها الأمر، بإبلاغ الجمعية العامة بأية ممارسة لسلطة الالتزام الممنوحة بموجب البند 4-6 وبظروف تلك الممارسة.

4. The Meeting of States Parties further decides that the Registrar shall report to the fifteenth Meeting of States Parties on any action taken pursuant to paragraph 3 above, together with the circumstances relating thereto.
4 - ويقرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف أيضا أن يرفع المسجل تقريرا إلى الاجتماع الخامس عشر للدول الأطراف عــن أي إجراء يتم اتخاذه عملا بالفقرة 3 أعلاه، مع بيان الظروف المحيطة بذلك الإجراء.
