Article 37 requires that directors of institutions such as hospitals, prisons, and quarantine stations, etc., have an obligation to notify such incidents to the Civil Registrar within the specified time. Such cases do not require authentication by the local mayor, but should be registered in a special register to be kept with the institution.
كما أوجبت المادة 37 من نفس القانون أن يقوم مدراء المؤسسات ذات العلاقة مثل المستشفيات والسجون والمحاجر وغيرها بإرسال شهادات الولادة الواقعة في مؤسساتهم إلى أمين السجل المدني دون الحاجة إلى تصديق من المختار، وعليهم أن يمسكوا سجلات خاصة لتدوين هذه الوقائع.

328. Under article 37 of the same Act, directors of institutions such as hospitals, prisons and quarantine stations, etc., have an obligation to transmit to the Civil Registrar the birth certificates of children born in their institutions, although these do not need to be authenticated by the local mayor.
