The Meeting conducted a detailed review of the draft text of the commentary on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct, which had been prepared by the coordinator of the Judicial Group on Strengthening Judicial Integrity, in close consultation with the members of that Group.

وإذ تدرك أيضاً ما جاء في التعليق على مشروع القواعد المتعلقة بمسؤوليات الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وإذ تجد في ذلك التعليق تفسيراً وشرحاً مفيدين للمعايير الواردة في تلك القواعد،

Looks forward to the imminent finalization of the commentary on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct and commends the work of the open-ended intergovernmental expert group established pursuant to Economic and Social Council resolution 2006/23 of 27 July 2006 and the Judicial Group on Strengthening Judicial Integrity;
3- يتطلّع إلى الانتهاء الوشيك من إعداد التعليق على مبادئ بانغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي، ويشيد بالعمل الذي قام به فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية الذي أُنشئ عملا بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2006/23، المؤرخ 27 تموز/يوليه 2006، وفريق القضاة المعني بتدعيم نـزاهة القضاء؛

The Commission's conclusions should reflect the main goal of treaty interpretation, which was, according to the commentary on the draft articles on the law of treaties, to elucidate the meaning of the text.

6. The Working Group decided that the final text of the commentary on the Declaration should be submitted as the final commentary prepared by the Chairperson-Rapporteur, Mr. Asbjørn Eide.

4. Also recommends that after having received comments from Governments, United Nations bodies, specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations and other interested parties, the Commission on Human Rights consider establishing an open-ended working group to review the Norms on the Responsibilities of Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises with regard to Human Rights and the commentary on the Norms;
4- توصي أيضاً بأن تنظر لجنة حقوق الإنسان، بعد أن تصلها التعليقات من الحكومات وهيئات الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات غير الحكومية وسائر الأطراف المعنية، في إنشاء فريق عامل مفتوح باب العضوية لاستعراض القواعد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال في مجال حقوق الإنسان والتعليق على هذه القواعد؛
