2- توصي أيضاً بأنه، حيثما تُنشأ هذه اللجان، ينبغي إشراكها في إعداد التقارير وربما إشراكها أيضاً في الوفود الحكومية بغية تعزيز الحوار بين اللجنة والدولة الطرف المعنية.
