Rule 101 1. the Committee shall designate a Special Rapporteur for follow-up on Views adopted under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol, for the purpose of ascertaining the measures taken by States parties to give effect to the Committee's Views.
1- تعين اللجنة مقرراً خاصاً لمتابعة الآراء المعتمدة بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري، بغرض التحقق من التدابير المتخذة من جانب الدول الأطراف لإعمال آراء اللجنة.

1. the Committee shall designate a Special Rapporteur for follow—up on views adopted under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol, for the purpose of ascertaining the measures taken by States parties to give effect to the Committee's views.
" ١- تعين اللجنة مقرراً خاصاً لمتابعة اﻵراء المعتمدة بموجب الفقرة ٤ من المادة ٥ من البروتوكول الاختياري، بغرض التحقق من التدابير المتخذة من جانب الدول اﻷطراف ﻹعمال آراء اللجنة.

4. the Committee shall designate a Rapporteur or Working Group for follow-up on Views to ascertain the measures taken by States parties to give effect to the Committee's Views and recommendations.
4- تعيّن اللجنة مقرراً أو فريقاً عاملاً لمتابعة آرائها من أجل التحقق من التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لوضع آراء اللجنة وتوصياتها موضع التنفيذ.

5- تعيّن اللجنة مقرراً أو فريقاً عاملاً لمتابعة الآراء المعتمدة بموجب المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري للتحقق من اتخاذ الدول الأطراف تدابير من أجل تفعيل آراء اللجنة أو توصياتها أو قراراتها التي تنهي نظرها في المسألة عقب الاتفاق على تسوية ودية.

5. the Committee shall designate for follow-up on Views adopted under article 9 of the Optional Protocol a Rapporteur or Working Group to ascertain the measures taken by States parties to give effect to the Committee's Views, recommendations or decisions closing its consideration following a friendly settlement agreement.
5- تعيّن اللجنة مقرراً أو فريقاً عاملاً لمتابعة الآراء المعتمدة بموجب المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري للتحقق من اتخاذ الدول الأطراف تدابير من أجل تفعيل آراء اللجنة أو توصياتها أو قراراتها التي تنهي نظرها في المسألة عقب الاتفاق على تسوية ودية.
