Examination of information 1. 82. If the Committee becomes aware of reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, including if one or several of the indicators identified by the Committee in 2005 apply (see paragraph 49 above), the Committee shall invite the State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
82- وإذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية، وإذا كان مؤشر أو أكثر من المؤشرات التي حددتها اللجنة في عام 2005 ينطبق أيضاً (انظر الفقرة 49 أعلاه) تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات والقيام، لهذا الغرض، بإبداء ملاحظات بشأن تلك المعلومات.
