وإذ يشيد بمن يسَّروا سبل التوصل إلى نتائج مؤتمر الحوار الوطني الشامل من خلال مشاركتهم البناءة، ولا سيما قيادة الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي،

96. Morocco noted that the review was taking place at a historical moment in Bahrain's political life, when constitutional amendments necessitated by the outcome of the comprehensive National Dialogue are enabling a move towards democracy.
96- وأشار المغرب إلى أن الاستعراض يجري في لحظة تاريخية من الحياة السياسية للبحرين، حيث تتيح التعديلات الدستورية التي أظهرت نتائج الحوار الوطني الشامل الحاجة إليها الانتقال نحو الديمقراطية.

Clearly, any party that is striving for a peaceful resolution to the situation in Syria would not need to publicly state its intention to provide the armed opposition with sophisticated weapons, with a view to changing the military balance on the ground. It should instead have a sincere desire to strive for the successful conclusion of the comprehensive National Dialogue without prior conditions, and to use diplomacy to resolve this crisis.
ومن البديهي أن من يريد حلا سلميا في سوريا لا يحتاج إلى التصريح علنا نيته تزويد المعارضة المسلحة بالسلاح النوعي بغية تغيير موازين القوى العسكرية على أرض الواقع، بل يحتاج إلى إرادة صادقة للدفع باتجاه إنجاح الحوار الوطني الشامل دون شروط مسبقة، وإلى إعمال الدبلوماسية لحل هذه الأزمة.

7. the comprehensive National Dialogue constitutes the second phase of the two-year transitional process provided for in the Gulf Initiative as a means to put an end to the conflict through broad popular participation in such a way as to enable the Yemenis to build a just and prosperous country in which equality and stability will prevail.
7- ويعد الحوار الوطني الشامل المرحلة الثانية من العملية الانتقالية التي مدتها سنتان - بحسب ما نصت عليه المبادرة الخليجية التي مثلت المخرج من الصراع - والذي يقوم على مبدأ المشاركة الشعبية الواسعة بما يمكن اليمنيين من بناء وطن عادل ومزدهر تسوده المساواة وينعم بالاستقرار.

(b) Impeding the implementation of the outcomes of the final report of the comprehensive National Dialogue Conference through violence, or attacks on essential infrastructure; or
(ب) أو إعاقة تنفيذ النتائج التي توصل إليها التقرير النهائي لمؤتمر الحوار الوطني الشامل عن طريق القيام بأعمال عنف، أو شن هجمات على البُنى التحتية؛

205. On 25 January 2014, the comprehensive National Dialogue Conference successfully concluded with the adoption of a final report, signed by all constituencies, which provides a road map for a continued Yemeni-led transition underpinned by a commitment to democracy, good governance, rule of law, national reconciliation and respect for the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all the people of Yemen.
٢٠٥ - وفي 25 كانون الثاني/يناير، اختتم مؤتمر الحوار الوطني الشامل أعماله بنجاح حيث اعتمد تقريرا نهائيا يحمل توقيع كل الدوائر المعنية ويتضمن خريطة طريق بشأن مواصلة السير في العملية الانتقال بقيادة يمنية ووفق مبدأ الالتزام بالديمقراطية والحكم الرشيد وسيادة القانون والمصالحة الوطنية واحترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لكل أفراد الشعب اليمني.
