We must bear in mind that every year the Conference adopts its agenda and makes fresh efforts to reach consensus on a programme of work.
وعلينا أن نضع في اعتبارنا أن المؤتمر يقر كل عام جدول أعماله ويبذل جهودا جديدة للتوصل إلى توافق في الآراء بشأن برنامج عمل.

He also proposed, in respect of fissile material, a basic process to educate each other and build trust: it would inform and facilitate the formal process once the Conference adopts its work programme.
واقترح أيضاً، فيما يتعلق بالمواد الانشطارية، عملية أولية يثقف من خلالها كل منا الآخر ولبناء الثقة فيما بيننا: ومن شأن هذه العملية أن تثري وتيسّر العملية الرسمية بعد اعتماد المؤتمر لبرنامج عمله.
