8- يُقصد بمصطلح " الأشخاص " أي أشخاص يختارهم أو ينتخبهم مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول، لتمثيله في أي مجلس أو لجنة أو فريق أو مؤسسة أخرى تُنشأ بموجب هذا البروتوكول.

The Subsidiary Body for Implementation shall use this report as the basis for reviewing the demonstration of progress by 2005, in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol, with a view to providing advice on this matter to the subsequent session of the Conference of Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol.
