٥٧- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٩/م أ-٤ بعنوان " استخدام اﻷراضي وتغيير استخدام اﻷراضي والحراجة " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 17/CP.4 entitled “Administrative and financial matters”.
٤٨- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٧١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " المسائل اﻹدارية والمالية " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 19/CP.4 entitled “Calendar of meetings of Convention bodies 2000-2001”, on the understanding that the secretariat would attempt to identify an alternative date for the second sessional period in the year 2000, taking into account the availability of facilities and conference services.
٠٣- وفي نفس الجلسة اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٩١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " الجدول الزمني لاجتماعات هيئات الاتفاقية للفترة ٠٠٠٢-١٠٠٢ " على أساس أن اﻷمانة ستحاول تحديد تاريخ بديل لفترة انعقاد الدورة الثانية لعام ٠٠٠٢، آخذة في الحسبان مدى توافر التسهيلات وخدمات المؤتمرات.

٤٥- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ١١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول بالاتفاقية " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 12/CP.4 entitled “Initial national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention”.
٦٥- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٢١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " البلاغات الوطنية اﻷولية المقدمة من اﻷطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول بالاتفاقية " .

At the same meeting the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 6/CP.4 entitled “Activities implemented jointly under the pilot phase”.
٨٦- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٦/م أ-٤ بعنوان " اﻷنشطة المنفذة تنفيذاً مشتركاً في إطار المرحلة التجريبية " .

٠٨- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٦١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " أثر المشاريع المنفردة على الانبعاثات في فترة الالتزام " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 8/CP.4 entitled “Preparations for the first session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol”.
٢٨- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٨/م أ-٤ بعنوان " اﻷعمال التحضيرية للدورة اﻷولي لمؤتمر اﻷطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 5/CP.4 entitled “Implementation of Article 4.8 and 4.9 of the Convention (decision 3/CP.3 and Articles 2.3 and 3.14 of the Kyoto Protocol)”.
٦٦- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٥/م أ-٤ بعنوان " تنفيذ المادة ٤-٨ و٤-٩ من الاتفاقية )المقرر ٣/م أ-٣ والمادتان ٢-٣ و٣-٤١ من بروتوكول كيوتو( " .

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 15/CP.4 entitled “Review of information and possible decisions under Article 4.2(f) of the Convention”, the text of which is contained in Part Two, section I, of this report.
٠٧- وفي الجلسة ذاتها، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ٥١/م أ-٤ بعنوان " استعراض المعلومات والمقررات التي يمكن اتخاذها بمقتضى المادة ٤-٢)و( من الاتفاقية " ، ويرد نص هذا المقرر في الفرع أولاً من الجزء الثاني من هذا التقرير.

At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted decision 1/CP.4, the text of which is contained in Part Two, section I, of this report, and on the proposal of the representative of Austria, speaking on behalf of the European Community and its member States, the Conference of the Parties agreed that this decision should be known as “The Buenos Aires Plan of Action”.
٨٩- وفي نفس الجلسة، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المقرر ١/م أ-٤ الذي يرد نصه في الفرع أولا من الجزء الثاني من هذا التقرير، وبناء على اقتراح ممثل النمسا، الذي تحدث نيابة عن الجماعة اﻷوروبية والدول اﻷعضاء فيها، وافق مؤتمر اﻷطراف على أن يطلق على هذا المقرر اسم " خطة عمل بوينس أيرس " .
