٣ - تمتنع الدولة التي وجهت اﻹخطار، أثناء المشاورات والمفاوضات عن تنفيذ التدابير المزمع اتخاذها أو السماح بتنفيذها لفترة ستة أشهر، إذا طلبت إليها ذلك الدولة التي تم إخطارها وقت قيامها باﻹبلاغ، ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك.

Before proceeding further, on behalf of the General Assembly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ambassador Jean-Marc Hoscheit of Luxembourg for coordinating the consultations and negotiations on the draft resolutions under agenda item 69 and for having successfully completed the task entrusted to him.

"
٣ " - على الدولة التي تزمع اتخاذ التدابير أن تمتنع أثناء المشاورات والمفاوضات عن تنفيذ هذه التدابير أو السماح بتنفيذها لفترة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر، إذا طلبت إليها ذلك الدولة اﻷخرى وقت طلبها الدخول في مشاورات ومفاوضات " .
