5 - تطلب إلى رؤساء الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات حقوق الإنسان أن ينظروا في اجتماعهم المقبل في فحوى هذا القرار وأن يقدموا، عن طريق المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان، توصيات محددة لتحقيق التوزيع الجغرافي العادل في عضوية الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات حقوق الإنسان؛

12. Encourages the United Nations Housing Rights Programme to take into account the content of the present resolution;
12- تشجع برنامج الأمم المتحدة لحقوق السكن على أن يأخذ محتويات هذا القرار في الاعتبار؛

4. Underlines the need for the treaty bodies, special rapporteurs/representatives, independent experts and working groups of the Council, within their mandates, to take into consideration the content of the present resolution;
