Mindful of the importance of the contributions of the Committee to the effective implementation of the Convention and to the efforts of the United Nations to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, as well as all other forms of discrimination based on race, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أهمية مساهمات اللجنة في تنفيذ الاتفاقية تنفيذا فعالا وفيما تبذله الأمم المتحدة من جهود لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، بالإضافة إلى جميع أشكال التمييز القائمة على العنصر أو اللون أو السلالة أو الأصل القومي أو العرقي،

وإذ تدرك أهمية مساهمات اللجنة في جهود اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة العنصرية وسائر أشكال التمييز القائمة على العنصر أو اللون أو السلالة أو اﻷصل القومي أو العرقي،

In that regard, it welcomed the contributions of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women to promoting the implementation of the Platform for Action and the outcome of the twenty-third special session, and invited States parties to the Convention to include measures taken to enhance implementation at the national level in their reports to the Committee under article 18 of the Convention.
وفي هذا الصدد، رحبت الجمعية بإسهامات اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في تشجيع تنفيذ منهاج العمل ونتائج الدورة الاستثنائية الثالثة والعشرين، ودعت الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية إلى إدراج التدابير المتخذة لتعزيز التنفيذ على الصعيد الوطني في تقاريرها المقدمة إلى اللجنة بموجب المادة 18 من الاتفاقية.

وإذ تعيد تأكيد أهمية الاتفاقية التي تعتبر أحد صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان المعتمدة تحت إشراف اﻷمم المتحدة والتي تحظى بقبول واسع النطاق، وإذ تدرك أهمية مساهمات اللجنة في جهود اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة العنصرية وسائر أشكال التمييز القائمة على العنصر أو اللون أو السلالة أو اﻷصل القومي أو العرقي،

6. Welcomes the outcome of the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 9 to 13 May 2011, and notes the contributions of the Committee to the Conference;
6 - يرحب بنتائج مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الرابع المعني بأقل البلدان نموا الذي عقد في اسطنبول، تركيا في الفترة من 9 إلى 13 أيار/مايو 2011، ويلاحظ مساهمات اللجنة في المؤتمر؛

6. Welcomes the outcome of the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, and notes the contributions of the Committee to the Conference;

Her delegation interpreted the phrase " welcomes the contributions of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women to promoting the implementation of the Platform for Action " in paragraph 3 as referring to the contributions of that Committee to follow-up to the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action rather than an endorsement of all its recommendations.
وأضافت قائلة أن وفد بلدها يفسر عبارة " يرحب بمساهمات اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ منهاج العمل " الواردة في الفقرة 3 باعتبارها تشير إلى مساهمات اللجنة في متابعة إعلان منهاج عمل بيجين، لا على أنها تأييد لجميع توصياتها.

the contributions of the Committee in taking up new agenda items in line with the recommendations of UNISPACE III and of UNOOSA in orienting the United Nations Programme on Space Applications to the priorities set by the UNISPACE III recommendations, as well as the organization of action teams to address some of the priority recommendations, are commendable.
وتجدر الإشادة بإسهامات اللجنة في متابعة بنود جديدة في جدول الأعمال تتماشى مع توصيات مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية ومكتب الأمم المتحدة لشؤون الفضاء الخارجي في توجيه برنامج الأمم المتحدة المعني بالتطبيقات الفضائية إلى الأولويات التي حددتها توصيات مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة، فضلا عن تنظيم أفرقة العمل لتناول بعض التوصيات ذات الأولوية.
