Any State Party may denounce the present Protocol at any time by written notification to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall thereafter inform the other States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
لكل دولة طرف أن تنهي العمل بهذا البروتوكول في أي حين بإخطار مكتوب موجه إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم من ثم بإبلاغ الدول اﻷخرى اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بذلك.

1 - يجوز لأي دولـة طـرف أن تنسحـب مـن هـذا البروتوكـول فـي أي وقـت بإشعـار كتابي ترسله إلى الأمين العام للأمـم المتحـدة، الـذي يقـوم بعد ذلك بإبلاغ الـدول الأطراف الأخرى في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت عليها.

2. The SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of this Protocol to all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
2- يرسل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة نسخاً مصدقة من هذا البروتوكول إلى جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت عليها.

2- يرسل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة نسخاً مصدقاً عليها من هذا البروتوكول إلى جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت عليها.

1- يجوز لأي دولة طرف أن تنسحب في هذا البروتوكول في أي وقت بإشعار كتابي ترسله إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم بعد ذلك بإبلاغ الدول الأخرى الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت عليها.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of this protocol to all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
2- يرسل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة نسخاً مصدقاً عليها من هذا البروتوكول إلى جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقّعت عليها.

3. The Secretary-General of the United Nations in his capacity as the depositary of the Convention and the Protocol shall inform all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention of the deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession to the Protocol.
٣ - يقوم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته وديع الاتفاقية والبروتوكول، بإبلاغ جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك تصديق على البروتوكول أو انضمام إليه.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of this Protocol to all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
٢ - يحيل اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة نسخا مصدقة لهذا البروتوكول إلى جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية.

3. The Secretary-General of the United Nations in his capacity as the depositary of the Convention and the Protocol shall inform all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention of each instrument of ratification or accession to the Protocol.
٣- يعلم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته الوديع للاتفاقية والبروتوكول، جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام إلى البروتوكول.

٣- يخطر اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة بصفته الوديع للاتفاقية والبروتوكول جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام إلى البروتوكول.

٣- يقوم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته الوديع للاتفاقية والبروتوكول، بإبلاغ جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق على البروتوكول أو الانضمام إليه.

٣- يُعلِم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته الوديع للاتفاقية والبروتوكول، جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق على البروتوكول أو الانضمام إليه.
