27. In line with the Convention and its general recommendation No. 30, the Committee urges the State party:

24. The Committee urges the State party to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, including through the use of temporary special measures, with time-bound targets, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25.
24 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في سوق العمل، بما في ذلك من خلال استخدام تدابير خاصة مؤقتة، وذات أهداف محددة زمنيا، وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 25 للجنة.

The Committee further urges the State party to take measures to increase the enrolment of girls at all levels and recommends the introduction of temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25.
كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير لزيادة تسجيل البنات على كافة المستويات، وتوصي بإدراج تدابير خاصة مؤقتة عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 25.

It also recommends that the State party introduce temporary special measures, including quotas, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25, to strengthen its efforts to promote women to positions of leadership.
كما توصي بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير خاصة مؤقتة، بما في ذلك نظام الحصص، وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 25، لتعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى تقلد المرأة للمناصب القيادية.

It recommends that the State party implement measures to ensure equal access for girls and women to all levels of education and retain girls in school, including through temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation 25.

In this connection, the Committee further recommends that the State party consider providing education and training on racial tolerance and human rights issues to law enforcement officials, in accordance with article 7 of the Convention and its general recommendation XIII.

33. The Committee urges the State party to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, including through the use of temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25.
33 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في سوق العمل، بطرق منها استخدام التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 25.

It recommends that the State party implement temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation 25 as a means to accelerate compliance with the provisions of articles 7 and 8 of the Convention and to increase women's political participation in all areas, including in Parliament and the foreign service.
وتوصي بأن تنفذ الدولة الطرف تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة 25 كوسيلة لتعجيل الامتثال لأحكام المادتين 7 و8 من الاتفاقية، وزيادة المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في جميع المجالات، بما في ذلك البرلمان والسلك الدبلوماسي.

27. The Committee recommends that the State party use temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25, as part of a necessary strategy towards the accelerated achievement of substantive equality for women, in all fields where it may be deemed necessary, especially at the highest levels of decision-making.
27 - وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باللجوء إلى تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 25، وذلك كجزء من الاستراتيجية اللازمة للتعجيل بتحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين المرأة والرجل في جميع الميادين وحيث يكون ذلك ضروريا، ولا سيما في أعلى مستويات صنع القرار.

The Committee considers that the disrespectful treatment of the author by State agents, namely male prison staff, including inappropriate touching and unjustified interference with her privacy constitutes sexual harassment and discrimination within the meaning of articles 1 and 5 (a) of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 19 (1992).
وترى اللجنة أن المعاملة المهينة لصاحبة البلاغ من قِبل وكلاء حكوميين، ولا سيما موظفي السجن الذكور، بما في ذلك اللمس غير الملائم، والتدخل غير المبرر في خصوصيتها، يشكل تحرشاً جنسياً وتمييزا بحسب مدلول المادتين 1 و 5 (أ) من الاتفاقية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 19 (1992).

13. The Committee recommends that the State party use temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation 25, as part of a necessary strategy towards the accelerated achievement of substantive equality for women, in all fields where it may be deemed necessary, especially at the highest levels of decision-making.

In the light of article 3 of the Convention and its general recommendation XIX (47), the Committee recommends that the State party monitor all tendencies which may give rise to racial or ethnic segregation and counter the negative consequences of such tendencies.
98- وفي ضوء المادة 3 من الاتفاقية والتوصية العامة التاسعة عشرة للجنة (47)، توصي اللجنة بأن ترصد الدولة الطرف جميع النزعات التي قد تؤدي إلى العزل العنصري أو العرقي وبأن تتصدى للنتائج السلبية التي تترتب على هذه النزعات.

30. The Committee urges the State party to take concrete measures to accelerate the increase in the representation of women in all branches and levels of Government, in accordance with article 7 of the Convention and its general recommendation 23 on women in political and public life.
30 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير ملموسة للتعجيل بزيادة تمثيل المرأة في كافة فروع الحكومة ومستوياتها، وفقا للمادة 7 من الاتفاقية والتوصية العامة 23 للجنة بشأن دور المرأة في الحياة السياسية والعامة.

She refers to the Committee's concluding observations of 22 July 2009, in which it urged the State party " to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, including through the use of temporary special measures, with time-bound targets, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation 25 " .
وتشير في هذا الصدد إلى الملاحظات الختامية المؤرخة 22 تموز/يوليه 2009 التي حثت فيها اللجنة الدولة الطرف " على ضمان تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في سوق العمل، بوسائل منها استخدام تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وذات أهداف محددة زمنياً، وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 25 " ().
