Calls upon States parties to the Convention to urgently take appropriate measures so that acceptance of the amendment to paragraph 2 of article 43 of the Convention by a two-thirds majority of States parties can be reached as soon as possible, in order for the amendment to enter into force, increasing the membership of the Committee from ten to eighteen experts;
٨ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية أن تتخذ بصورة عاجلة التدابير المناسبة لتيسير قبول تعديل الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٤٣ من الاتفاقية بأغلبية ثلثي الدول اﻷطراف بأسرع ما يمكن، لكي يدخل التعديل حيز النفاذ، بحيث لا يزيد عدد أعضاء اللجنة من عشرة خبراء الى ثمانية عشر خبيرا؛

12. Calls upon States parties to the Convention to take appropriate measures so that acceptance of the amendment to paragraph 2 of article 43 of the Convention by a two-thirds majority of States parties can be reached as soon as possible, in order for the amendment to enter into force, increasing the membership of the Committee from ten to eighteen experts;
٢١ - تهيب بالدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية أن تتخذ التدابير المناسبة لتيسير قبول تعديل الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٣٤ من الاتفاقية بأغلبية ثلثي الدول اﻷطراف بأسرع ما يمكن حتى يدخل التعديل حيز النفاذ، لتزيد بذلك عضوية اللجنة من عشرة خبراء إلى ثمانية عشر خبيرا؛

10. In its resolution 51/68, the General Assembly urged States parties to the Convention to take appropriate measures so that acceptance of the amendment to article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention by a two-thirds majority of States parties could be reached as soon as possible, in order for the amendment to enter into force.
١٠ - وحثت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥١/٦٨ الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية على اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة ليكون قبول تعديل الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٠ من الاتفاقية بأغلبية ثلثي الدول اﻷطراف أمرا ممكنا بلوغه في أقرب وقت ممكن ليسري مفعول ذلك التعديل.
