278. It is noted with great appreciation that the State party has made the Declaration under article 14 of the Convention, recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive communications, and the withdrawal of its reservation in relation to article 22 of the Convention is welcomed.
٢٧٨ - لوحظ مع بالغ التقدير أن الدولة الطرف قدمت اﻹعلان المطلوب بموجب المادة ١٤ من الاتفاقية بشأن الاعتراف باختصاص اللجنة في تلقي الرسائل وترحب اللجنة بسحب الدولة الطرف تحفظها فيما يتعلق بالمادة ٢٢ من الاتفاقية.

The Committee further invited Germany, taking into account statements to that effect by the World Conference on Human Rights, to make the declaration under article 14 of the Convention recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of a violation of any of the rights set forth in the Convention.

24- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إصدار الإعلان الاختياري المنصوص عليه في المادة 14 من الاتفاقية الذي يعترف باختصاص اللجنة في تلقي وبحث البلاغات التي ترد من الأفراد.
