3. Authorizes a ceremony for the opening for signature of the Convention to be held in Port Louis on 17 March 2015, and recommends that the Convention be known as the " Mauritius Convention on Transparency " ;

Mexico will contribute to the adoption of an instrument with that objective at the Conference of States Parties to the Convention to be held next December.

1. Opening of the Session by the President-designate of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention to be held from 7 to 17 November 2006
1- افتتاح الدورة من جانب الرئيس المسمَّى للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية المقرر عقده في الفترة من 7 إلى 17 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006

24. The Conference addressed the issue of holding the Tenth Annual Conference in 2008 and decided that the issues of the dates and duration of the Conference would be addressed at the Meeting of the High Contracting Parties to the Convention to be held from 7 to 13 November 2007.
24- وتناول المؤتمر مسألة عقد المؤتمر السنوي العاشر في عام 2008، وقرر تناول مسألتي الموعد والمدة أثناء اجتماع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في الاتفاقية المقرر عقده من 7 إلى 13 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007.

4. At the same Meeting the States Parties decided to commission follow-up work under the oversight of the Chairman-designate of a Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention to be held on 27-28 November 2003 in Geneva.
4- وفي الاجتماع نفسه، قررت الدول الأطراف إجراء أعمال متابعة تحت إشراف الرئيس المسمّى لاجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية المقرر عقده يومي 27 و28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003 في جنيف.

29. The Conference decided that the Twelfth Annual Conference will be convened in 2010 on dates to be decided by the Meeting of the High Contracting Parties to the Convention to be held on 12 and 13 November 2009.
29- وقرر المؤتمر عقد المؤتمر السنوي الثاني عشر في عام 2010، في تواريخ يحددها اجتماع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في الاتفاقية المقرر عقده يومي 12 و13 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009.

The Commission urges Governments and intergovernmental organizations to give strong political support to the first session of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention, to be held once the Convention has been ratified by at least 50 countries, and to support fully the work of the interim secretariat in preparing for the first meeting of the Conference of Parties.
وتحث اللجنة الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية على تقديم تأييد سياسي قوي للاجتماع اﻷول لمؤتمر اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية الذي سيعقد بمجرد أن يصادق عليها ٥٠ بلدا على اﻷقل، وتوفير دعم كامل للعمل الذي تقوم به اﻷمانة المؤقتة من أجل التحضير للاجتماع اﻷول لمؤتمر اﻷطراف.

24. The Conference addressed the issue of holding the Sixth Annual Conference in 2004 and decided that the issues of the dates and duration would be addressed at the Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention to be held from 27 to 28 November 2003.
24- وتناول المؤتمر مسألة عقد المؤتمر السنوي السادس في عام 2004، وقرر تناول مسألتي الموعد والمدة خلال اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية الذي سيعقد يومي 27 و28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003.

22. The Conference addressed the issue of holding the Seventh Annual Conference in 2005 and decided that the issues of the dates and duration would be addressed at the Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention to be held on 18 and 19 November 2004.
22- وتناول المؤتمر مسألة عقد المؤتمر السنوي السابع في عام 2005، وقرر تناول مسألتي الموعد والمدة أثناء اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية الذي سيعقد يومي 18 و19 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004.

We propose that this amendment be adopted at the 17th session of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention to be held in Durban, South Africa, from 28 November to 9 December 2011.
ونقترح اعتماد هذا التعديل في الدورة السابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية الذي سيعقد في ديربان بجنوب أفريقيا في الفترة من 28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر إلى 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011.

Malta proposes that this amendment be adopted at the 15th session of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 7 to 18 December 2009.
وتقترح مالطة أن يُعتمد هذا التعديل في الدورة الخامسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية الذي سيُعقد في كوبنهاغن بالدانمرك في الفترة من 7 إلى 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009.

5. At the same Meeting the States Parties decided, as contained in paragraph 29 of CCW/MSP/2004/2, " to commission follow-up work under the oversight of the Chairperson-designate of a Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention to be held on 24 and 25 November 2005 at Geneva in conjunction with the Seventh Annual Conference of the States Parties to Amended Protocol II. "
5- وفي الاجتماع نفسه، قررت الدول الأطراف، كما ورد في الفقرة 29 من الوثيقة CCW/MSP/2004/2، " طلب إجراء أعمال المتابعة بإشراف الرئيس المُعيَّن لاجتماع للدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية يعقد في يومي 24 و25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005 في جنيف بالتزامن مع انعقاد المؤتمر السنوي السابع للدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الثاني المعدَّل " .
