هذا هو التحدي الكبير أمام مستقبل البشرية: العمل على احترام التنوع الثقافي للجميع مع رفض قبول الأعذار القائمة على الثقافة أو الديانة لعدم تطبيق جميع أعراف الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان.

The Committee therefore recommends that the State party consider reviewing its position with regard to the recognition of minorities under the Constitution, and recognize officially the need to protect the cultural diversity of all minority groups under the jurisdiction of the State party, in accordance with the provisions of article 15.
لذلك توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في مراجعة موقفها من الاعتراف بالأقليات بموجب الدستور، وبأن تعترف رسمياً بالحاجة إلى حماية التنوع الثقافي لجميع القليات المشمولة بالولاية القضائية للدولة الطرف، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 15.
