- According to section 6 of the Danish Weapons Act it is prohibited without a specific licence from the Minister of Justice to export weapons of any kind and defence-related material etc.
- ينص البند 6 من قانون الأسلحة الدانمركي على حظر تصدير أي نوع من أنواع الأسلحة والعتاد الدفاعي دون الحصول على تصريح خاص من وزير العدل.

According to Section 6 of the Danish Weapons Act (Consolidated Act. No. 67 of 26th. January 2000) export of weapons is in principle prohibited, but individual export licences may be granted after a case-by-case evaluation.
وفقا للمادة 6 من قانون الأسلحة الدانمركي (القانون الموحد رقم 67 المؤرخ 26 كانون الثاني/يناير 2000) يحظر تصدير الأسلحة من حيث المبدأ، بيد أن منح رخص تصدير فردية ممكن بعد تقييم كل حالة بمفردها.

- According to section 7 a of the Danish Weapons Act, it is prohibited to transport weapons of any kind and defence-related material etc. between third countries (i.e. other countries than Denmark), when the recipient country is listed in the Government Order on Transportation of Weapons etc. between Third Countries.
- يحظَّر بموجب الجزء (7) (أ) من قانون الأسلحة الدانمركي نقل أي نوع من الأسلحة والعتاد الدفاعي وما إلى ذلك، بين بلدان ثالثة (أي بلد آخر غير الدانمرك) متى كان البلد المتلقي مدرجا في المرسوم الحكومي المتعلق بنقل الأسلحة وما إلى ذلك، بين بلدان ثالثة.

- According to section 7 (a) of the Danish Weapons Act, it is prohibited to transport weapons of any kind and defence-related material etc. between third countries (i.e. other countries than Denmark), when the recipient country is listed in the Government Order on Transportation of Weapons etc. between third countries.
- ينص البند 7 من قانون الأسلحة الدانمركي على حظر نقل الأسلحة أو أي نوع من أنواع العتاد الدفاعي، وما إلى ذلك، بين بلدان ثالثة (أي بلدان من غير الدانمرك) عندما يكون البلد المتلقي مدرجا في الأمر الحكومي المتعلق بنقل الأسلحة بين البلدان الثالثة.

- According to section 7 (b) (1) of the Danish Weapons Act it is likewise prohibited without a specific licence from the Minister of Justice, to negotiate or arrange as a broker transactions that involve the transfer of weapons etc., as defined in section 6, between countries outside the EU.
- يحظر البند 7 (ب) (1) من قانون الأسلحة الدانمركي أيضا على السماسرة التفاوض أو اتخاذ ترتيبات لمعاملات تشمل نقل الأسلحة وما إليها، على النحو المبين في البند 6، بين بلدان خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي، دون الحصول على تصريح خاص من وزير العدل.
