According to article V the depositaries shall inform all States signatories and acceding States promptly of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession, the date of entry into force of the treaty and of any amendments and changes thereto, and the receipt of other notices.
واستناداً إلى مادتها الخامسة، تُبلِّغ الجهات الوديعة على وجه السرعة جميع الدول الموقعة على هذه المعاهدة والدول المنضمة إليها بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ إيداع كل وثيقة تصديق عليها أو انضمام إليها، وتاريخ بدء نفاذها، وأي تعديلات وتغييرات عليها، وتَلَقّي أية إشعارات أخرى.

5. The Secretary-General shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification of and accession to this Convention, the date of its entry into force and other notices.
5- يبادر الأمين العام إلى إعلام جميع الدول الموقِّعة على هذه الاتفاقية والمنضمة إليها بتاريخ كل توقيع عليها وتاريخ إيداع كل وثيقة تصديق عليها أو انضمام إليها وتاريخ نفاذها، وبغير ذلك من المعلومات.

5. The Secretary-General shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession to this Agreement, the date of its entry into force and other notices.
5- يبلّغ الأمين العام على الفور جميع الدول الموقِّعة على هذا الاتفاق والمنضمة إليه بتاريخ كل توقيع عليه، وتاريخ إيداع كل وثيقة تصديق عليه أو انضمام إليه، وتاريخ بدء نفاذه وغير ذلك من الإخطارات.
