" 2- اذا استلم المدين إشعارات بأكثر من إحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لأول إشعار يستلمه.

" 3. If the debtor receives more than one payment instruction relating to a single assignment of the same receivable by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the last payment instruction received from the assignee before payment.
" 3- اذا استلم المدين أكثر من تعليمة سداد تتعلق بإحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لآخر تعليمة سداد يستلمها من المحال اليه قبل السداد.

" 4. If the debtor receives notification of one or more subsequent assignments, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the notification of the last of such subsequent assignments.
" 4- اذا استلم المدين إشعارا بإحالة لاحقة واحدة أو أكثر، تبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للإشعار المتعلق بآخر تلك الإحالات اللاحقة.

3. If the debtor receives more than one payment instruction relating to a single assignment of the same receivable by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the last payment instruction received from the assignee before payment.
3- اذا استلم المدين أكثر من تعليمة سداد تتعلق بإحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تُبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لآخر تعليمة سداد يستلمها من المُحال اليه قبل السداد.

" (3) In case the debtor receives notification of more than one assignment of the same receivables made by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the payment instructions set forth in the first notification received by the debtor.
" )٣( في حالة تلقي المدين اشعارا بأكثر من احالة واحدة للمستحقات نفسها من جانب المحيل نفسه ، تبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لتعليمات السداد الواردة في أول اشعار يتلقاه المدين .

4. If the debtor receives notification of more than one assignment of the same receivable made by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the first notification received.
4- اذا استلم المدين إشعارات تتعلق بأكثر من إحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تُبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لأول إشعار يستلمه.

5. If the debtor receives notification of one or more subsequent assignments, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the notification of the last of such subsequent assignments.
5- اذا استلم المدين إشعارا يتعلق بإحالة لاحقة واحدة أو أكثر، تُبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للإشعار المتعلق بآخر تلك الاحالات اللاحقة.

6. If the debtor receives notification of the assignment of a part of or an undivided interest in one or more receivables, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the notification or in accordance with this article as if the debtor had not received the notification.
6- اذا استلم المدين إشعارا بإحالة جزء من مستحق واحد أو أكثر أو باحالة مصلحة غير مجزأة في مستحق واحد أو أكثر، تُبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للإشعار أو وفقا لهذه المادة كما لو أنه لم يستلم الإشعار.

3. If the debtor receives more than one payment instruction relating to a single assignment of the same receivable by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the last payment instruction received from the assignee before payment.
3 - إذا استلم المدين أكثر من تعليمة سداد تتعلق بإحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تُبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لآخر تعليمة سداد يستلمها من المُحال إليه قبل السداد.

4. If the debtor receives notification of more than one assignment of the same receivable made by the same assignor, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the first notification received.
4 - إذا استلم المدين إشعارات تتعلق بأكثر من إحالة واحدة للمستحق ذاته صادرة عن المحيل ذاته، تُبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لأول إشعار يستلمه.

5. If the debtor receives notification of one or more subsequent assignments, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the notification of the last of such subsequent assignments.
5 - إذا استلم المدين إشعارا يتعلق بإحالة لاحقة واحدة أو أكثر، تُبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للإشعار المتعلق بآخر تلك الإحالات اللاحقة.

6. If the debtor receives notification of the assignment of a part of or an undivided interest in one or more receivables, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with the notification or in accordance with this article as if the debtor had not received the notification.
6 - إذا استلم المدين إشعارا بإحالة جزء من مستحق واحد أو أكثر أو بإحالة مصلحة غير مجزأة في مستحق واحد أو أكثر، تُبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للإشعار أو وفقا لهذه المادة وكأنه لم يستلم الإشعار.

" 5. If the debtor receives notification of the assignment from the assignee, the debtor is entitled to request the assignee to provide within a reasonable period of time adequate proof that the assignment has been made and, unless the assignee does so, the debtor is discharged by paying the assignor.
" 5- اذا استلم المدين إشعارا بالإحالة من المحال اليه، يحق للمدين أن يطلب من المحال اليه أن يقدم، في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، دليلا كافيا على اجراء الإحالة، واذا لم يفعل المحال اليه ذلك، تبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد الى المحيل.

" If the debtor receives notification of a subsequent assignment from the assignee, the debtor is entitled to request the assignee to provide within a reasonable period of time adequate proof that the subsequent assignment and any prior assignment have been made, and the debtor is discharged by paying the last assignee of a subsequent assignment with respect to which adequate proof is provided.
" اذا استلم المدين إشعارا بإحالة لاحقة من المحال اليه، يحق للمدين أن يطلب من المحال اليه أن يقدم، في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، دليلا كافيا يثبت أن الإحالة اللاحقة وأي إحالة سابقة قد أجريت، وتبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد الى آخر محال اليه في إحالة لاحقة قُدم دليل كاف بشأنها.

" If the debtor receives notification of the assignment from the assignee, the debtor is entitled to request the assignee to provide within a reasonable period of time adequate proof that the assignment and all preceding assignments have been made and, unless the assignee does so, the debtor is discharged by paying in accordance with this article as if the notification from the assignee had not been received.
" إذا استلم المدين إشعارا بالإحالة من المحال إليه، يحق للمدين أن يطلب من المحال إليه أن يقدم، في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، دليلا كافيا يثبت أن الإحالة وجميع الإحالات السابقة قد أجريت، وإذا لم يفعل المحال إليه ذلك، تُبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد وفقا لهذه المادة كما لو أنه لم يستلم الإشعار من المحال إليه.

" (4) [In case the debtor receives notification of the assignment from the assignee,] the debtor is entitled to request the assignee to furnish within a reasonable period of time adequate proof that the assignment has been made and, unless the assignee does so, the debtor is discharged by paying the assignor.
" )٤( ]في حالة تلقي المدين اشعارا بالاحالة من المحال اليه ،[ يحق للمدين أن يطلب الى المحال اليه أن يقدم في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة برهانا وافيا على حدوث الاحالة ، وما لم يفعل المحال اليه ذلك ، تبرأ ذمة المدين بالسداد الى المحيل .
