فعندما تعتبر المحكمة أن الطلبــات المقدمة لها ما يبررها، ينبغي أن تتمتع بالسلطات الكاملة لكـي تأمـر بإلغـــاء القرار المطعون فيه أو أداء الالتـزام على وجـه التحديد المحتج به.

٤٧ - وإذا اتضح للمحكمة أن الطلب يقوم في جزء منه أو بكامله على أسس وجيهة، فقد تأمر بصرف تعويضات عن اﻷضرار أو قد تأمر بإلغاء القرار المطعون فيه أو تأدية الالتزام المحدد المشار إليه، وتحدد في نفس الوقت أيضا مبلغا تعويضيا ماليا بديلا، عادة ما لا يتعدى المرتب اﻷساسي الصافي لسنتين.

Article 10 (1) of the statute of UNAT states: " If the Tribunal finds that the application is well founded, it shall order the rescinding of the decision contested or the specific performance of the obligation invoked.

The Registry of the Administrative Tribunal of the World Bank noted that if the Tribunal finds an application well-founded, it will order the rescission of the decision contested or the specific performance of the obligation invoked unless the Tribunal finds that the Respondent has reasonably determined that such rescission or specific performance would not be practicable or in the institution's interest.
42 - لاحظ قلم المحكمة الإدارية للبنك الدولي أنه إذا رأت المحكمة أن الطلب يستند إلى أسس وجيهة، أمرت بإلغاء القرار المطعون فيه أو بالوفاء المطابق للالتزام المحتج به، ما لم ترَ المحكمة أن المدعى عليه قرَّر بصورة معقولة أن مثل هذا الإلغاء أو الوفاء المطابق لن يكون ممكنا عمليا أو في صالح المؤسسة.
