Pursuant to the decision referred to in paragraph 2 above, the Secretariat:

2. The Chamber shall render a decision and shall notify all parties who participated in the proceedings that gave rise to the decision referred to in subrule 1.
2 - تصدر الدائرة قرارها وتخطر جميع الأطراف التي شاركت في الإجراءات التي صدر بسببها القرار المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 من القاعدة.

2. The Chamber shall render a decision and shall notify all parties who participated in the proceedings that gave rise to the decision referred to in subrule 1.

(c) Requests its Chairman to hold informal open-ended intergovernmental consultations and to report to it at one of its intersessional meetings before July 2007 on the outcome of the consultations, in order for it to take the decision referred to in paragraph 2 above;
(ج) تطلب إلى رئيسها أن يجري مشاورات حكومية دولية مفتوحة غير رسمية، وأن يقدّم إليها في أحد اجتماعاتها المعقودة بين الدورات قبل تموز/يوليه 2007، تقريرا عن نتائج تلك المشاورات، لكي تتمكن من اتخاذ القرار المشار إليه في الفقرة 2 أعلاه؛

(c) Requests its Chairman to hold informal open-ended intergovernmental consultations and to report to it at one of its intersessional meetings before July 2007 on the outcome of the consultations, in order for it to take the decision referred to in paragraph (b) above;
(ج) تطلب إلى رئيسها أن يجري مشاورات حكومية دولية مفتوحة غير رسمية، وأن يقدّم إليها في أحد اجتماعاتها المعقودة بين الدورات قبل تموز/يوليه 2007، تقريرا عن نتائج تلك المشاورات، لكي تتمكن من اتخاذ القرار المشار إليه في الفقرة (ب) أعلاه؛

The Preparatory Committee may wish to use as the rules of procedure for the Preparatory Committee, to the extent possible, the rules of procedure of the functional commissions of the Economic and Social Council, taking into account decisions of the Commission on Human Rights on organizational matters, notably the decision referred to in paragraph 2 above.
وقد ترغب اللجنة التحضيرية في أن تستخدم، قدر الإمكان، النظام الداخلي للجان الفنية للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ليكون نظامها الداخلي، على أن تضع في الحسبان مقررات لجنة حقوق الإنسان بشأن المسائل التنظيمية، ولا سيما المقرر المشار إليه في الفقرة 2 أعلاه.

Decides that this decision shall be effective immediately upon adoption and remain in effect until the decision referred to in paragraph of this decision is adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
5- يقرر أن يبدأ نفاذ هذا المقرر فور اعتماده وأن يبقى نافذاً إلى حين اعتماد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو المقرر المشار إليه في الفقرة 21 من هذا المقرر؛

Decides that this decision shall be effective immediately upon adoption and remain in effect until the decision referred to in paragraph on a provisional basis of this decision is adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
4- يقرر أن يبدأ نفاذ هذا المقرر فور اعتماده وأن يبقى نافذاً إلى حين اعتماد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو المقرر المشار إليه في الفقرة 29 من هذا المقرر وذلك بصورة مؤقتة؛

Decides that this decision shall remain in effect until the decision referred to in paragraph 15 is adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
3- يقرر أن يظل هذا المقرر نافذاً إلى أن يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو المقرر المشار إليه في الفقرة 15؛

18. In line with the decision referred to in paragraph 16 above, the Board considered the recommendations of the Accreditation Panel and approved the accreditation of an additional national implementing entity (NIE), the International Cooperation Agency of Chile (AGCI), and one additional regional implementing entity (RIE), the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS), during the reporting period.
18- وعملاً بالمقرر المشار إليه في الفقرة 16 أعلاه، نظر المجلس في توصيات فريق الاعتماد ووافق، خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، على اعتماد كيان وطني إضافي مشرف على التنفيذ، هو الوكالة الشيلية للتعاون الدولي، وكيان إقليمي إضافي مشرف على التنفيذ، هو مرصد الصحراء الكبرى والساحل.
