9. Adoption of the factual report reflecting the deliberations of the meeting

the deliberations of the meeting will include a review of the progress report by focus area, with each manager making a brief presentation, responding to queries and agreement reached on any action to be taken.
وسوف تشمل مداولات الاجتماع استعراض التقرير المرحلي حسب مجال التركيز، حيث سيقدم كل مدير عرضا موجزا ردا على الاستفسارات، والاتفاق المتوصل إليه بشأن أي إجراء يتعين اتخاذه.

٦ - يجوز لممثلي المراقبين المشار إليهم في الفقرتين ١ و ٢ من هذه المادة الاشتراك، رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام، في مداولات الاجتماع دون أن يكون لهم حق الاشتراك في اتخاذ القرارات.

In conclusion, the Commissioner stressed the fact that the deliberations of the meeting would have a significant bearing on Africa's efforts towards reducing poverty and inequality, creating employment and promoting sustainable development.

٣ - يجوز لممثلي المراقبين المشار إليهم في الفقرة ١ والفقرة ٢ )أ( إلى )د( من هذه المادة الاشتراك، رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام، في مداولات الاجتماع دون أن يكون لهم حق الاشتراك في اتخاذ القرارات.

48. Based on the deliberations of the meeting and on a paper prepared jointly by IFSTAD and UNEP/ROWA and on other working papers discussed by the meeting, it was concluded that expert advice and consultancy services would be required to prepare a detailed medium-term plan of action.
٤٨ - استنادا إلى مداولات الاجتماع وورقة اشتركت في إعدادها المؤسسة الاسلامية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والتنمية وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة/المكتب الاقليمي لغربي آسيا وورقات عمل أخرى أصدرها الاجتماع، استنتج أنه يلزم توفير مشورة خبيرية وخدمات استشارية لاعداد خطة عمل تفصيلية متوسطة اﻷجل.
