Emergency economic and humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people is indeed a matter of urgency for addressing the dire humanitarian crisis that has taken root in the occupied Palestinian territory.
إن تقديم المساعدة الاقتصادية والإنسانية الطارئة إلى الشعب الفلسطيني هي بالفعل مسألة عاجلة لمواجهة الأزمة الإنسانية الحادة التي تعمّقت جذورها في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.

5. Calls upon the international community to continue to provide urgently needed assistance and services in an effort to alleviate the dire humanitarian crisis being faced by Palestinian women and their families and to help in the reconstruction of relevant Palestinian institutions;
5 - يهيب بالمجتمع الدولي مواصلة تقديم المساعدة والخدمات التي تمسُّ الحاجة إليها للتخفيف من حدة الأزمة الرهيبة التي تواجهها النساء الفلسطينيات وأسرهن ومن أجل المساعدة في إعادة بناء المؤسسات الفلسطينية ذات الصلة؛
