Taking into account the disaster risk reduction challenges facing the Arab region, we shall endeavour to:
ووفقاً للتحديات المعنية بالحد من مخاطر الكوارث التي تواجه المنطقة العربية فإننا سنعمل على ما يلي:

The most recent natural disasters underlined the need for a high level of coordination and a sophisticated early warning system as part of the disaster risk reduction strategy at the national and international levels.
وقال إن أحدث الكوارث الطبيعية تؤكد الحاجة إلى رفع مستوى التنسيق ووضع نظام متقدم للإنذار المبكر كجزء من استراتيجية الحد من مخاطر الكوارث على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
